Job summary

The Judge Group seeks a senior operations consultant to drive operating model design and readiness for a newly launching rated note fund serviced by a third-party administrator. The role sits in the Operational Strategy & Delivery (OS&D) team and requires collaboration across loan operations, fund operations, finance, data, and technology to establish robust operating models and internal workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in private credit, loan, or fund operations.
• Deep knowledge of the private credit loan lifecycle, including facilities.
• Experience standing up new fund administrator mandates and oversight.

Responsibilities

• Define target-state operating models and mapping responsibilities for MSAs/SLAs.
• Develop procedures across six workstreams: Cash Management, Fund Administration, Monthly/Quarterly Reporting, Compliance & Waterfall, Rating Agency, and Loan Servicing & Reconciliation.
• Establish data requirements and SLA definitions; partner with data/technology teams to fix data quality issues.
