Job summary

SNI Financial is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations for Private Credit in New York. You will oversee complex private credit funds and investment vehicles, leading operational readiness and ongoing oversight to ensure accurate cash management, liquidity, and reporting.

You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Accounting, Portfolio Management, and Investor Relations to optimize fund structures, fee models, and capital activity while driving efficiency with automation and data governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in private credit fund operations and fund finance
• Direct experience with direct lending and/or distressed credit investments
• Strong understanding of evergreen fund structures, private credit vehicles, investor allocations, capital activity, fees, liquidity, valuation, and credit facilities

Responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness and oversight for private credit funds and investment vehicles
• Manage cash forecasting, capital activity, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions, credit facilities, and liquidity planning
• Build fund models, projections, performance analytics, fee calculations, waterfalls, allocations, and reporting dashboards
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Accounting, Portfolio Management, and Investor Relations on fund matters
• Strengthen processes, controls, reconciliations, data governance, and operational procedures
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and AI to improve efficiency and reporting
