Responsibilities

• Define and implement the target state operating model for the rated note fund.
• Develop procedures, playbooks, and process docs across key workstreams.
• Establish and maintain loan lifecycle standards across systems.
• Identify risks, control points, and remediation actions.
• Design a governance framework with SLA definitions and escalations.
• Define data requirements and reporting standards for compliance and investor reporting.
