Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive management experience in hospitality, strongly preferred in private club, hotel, or resort.
• Demonstrated experience across multiple operational areas.
• Working knowledge of hospitality financial operations including payroll and expense management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational functions including opening and closing procedures.
• Engage regularly with members to build relationships and gather feedback.
• Manage relationships with vendors and review contracts.
