Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field is required.
• Minimum 7 years in food and beverage management, with at least 3 years in a director-level role.
• Proven track record curating and executing high-profile F&B events.
• Strong inventory management and cost control experience.
• Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets within the club.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance member satisfaction and revenue.
• Curate and execute a diverse range of F&B events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions.
• Collaborate with events team to create memorable experiences for members and guests.
• Oversee menu planning, staffing, and execution of all F&B events.
• Recruit, train, and mentor F&B staff to ensure a high-performing team.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Engage with club members to gather feedback and address concerns.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key members and stakeholders.
• Stay informed about member preferences and industry trends to continually improve offerings.
