Job summary

Gallagher seeks a Private Client Service Manager to safeguard High Net Worth clients, managing their personal insurance programs with precision and care. Reporting to the Private Client Service Supervisor, you’ll grow relationships and drive new business opportunities.

You’ll lead renewal processes, collaborate with Producers, and shape design, marketing, and service strategies for client programs while staying ahead of market trends and carrier options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• 1+ years supervisory experience.
• Appropriate licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with High Net Worth clients, providing proactive, high-quality service.
• Conduct annual reviews of insurance programs and recommend enhancements.
• Counsel clients on additional lines of insurance or limit increases.
• Actively seek referrals to generate new business opportunities.
• Take charge of renewal processes and tailor solutions for each client.
• Collaborate with Producers and lead design, marketing and service strategy.
• Cultivate carrier relationships and stay informed on market trends.
• Coach and mentor team members and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
