Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. in Oregon is seeking a Private Client Service Manager to oversee personal insurance programs for High Net Worth clients. You will safeguard lifestyles, grow relationships, and drive new business opportunities with leadership in service strategy.

Reporting to the Private Client Service Supervisor, you will mentor teams, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with carriers to secure optimal coverage and market-informed solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years client service and/or claims management.
• Or High School/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience and appropriate licensing.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with High Net Worth clients, providing proactive service.
• Conduct annual reviews of insurance programs and recommend enhancements.
• Counsel clients on additional lines of insurance or limit increases.
• Actively seek referrals to generate new business opportunities.
• Take charge of renewal processes and tailor solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with Producers and lead design/marketing/service for programs.
• Maintain strong carrier relationships and stay informed on market trends.
• Coach and mentor Client Service Managers and Associates.
