Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Relationship Manager for its Private Client group in Chicago. The role requires delivering exceptional service, advocacy for clients, and independent problem solving within a full-time exempt position.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, Private Client Advisors, and leadership to drive growth, renewals, and client satisfaction while adhering to agency guidelines and performance standards.

Qualifications

• College degree or P&C license required.
• 5+ years client management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook.
• Sagitta and ImageRight experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted advisor and provide exemplary service to Private Clients.
• Work with Private Client teams and leadership to grow the practice.
• Deliver renewal reviews and manage renewals from start to close.
• Look for sales opportunities by account rounding and selling additional coverage.
• Take ownership of client concerns and ensure resolution.
