EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Relationship Manager for the Private Client group. You will serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, working with Account Managers and Advisors to deliver tailored insurance solutions.

You will renew policies, review coverage with clients, mentor junior staff, and explore opportunities to expand services with carriers and partners. A strong focus on service and problem solving is essential.

Qualificações

• College degree preferred; P&C license required.
• 5+ years of client management experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and agency software.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.

Responsabilidades

• Become a trusted advisor and provide exemplary service to Private Clients.
• Collaborate with Private Client team members and leadership.
• Participate in thought leadership as the private client practice grows.
• Mentor Private Client Associates and develop carrier relationships.
• Manage renewal activity from start to close with accuracy.
• Deliver complete renewal reviews according to guidelines.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and expand coverage.
• Own customer concerns through resolution and follow-up.
• Support onboarding discussions with prospective clients as needed.
• Lead projects as directed by EPIC Private Client Leadership.
