Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Relationship Manager for its Private Client practice. The role focuses on providing expert service to private clients, while collaborating with a team of Relationship Managers, Account Managers, and leadership to drive growth and client advocacy.

The ideal candidate will have a college degree (P&C license preferred), 5+ years of client management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Sagitta and ImageRight experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• College Degree preferred; P&C Insurance License required.
• 5+ years Client Management Experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
• Sagitta (ATS) and ImageRight experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted advisor and provide exemplary service to Private Clients.
• Work with Private Client Relationship Managers, Account Managers, and leadership.
• Actively participate in thought leadership as EPIC grows the private client practice.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to Private Client Associates.
• Develop relationships with carriers.
• Manage renewal activity from start to close.
• Deliver renewal reviews according to agency guidelines.
• Look for sales opportunities by account rounding.
