EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager (Premier Elite Client Advocate) in a hybrid Chicago setting. You will provide expert service to Premier Elite clients, manage renewals, and partner with producers, carriers, and managers to grow accounts.

Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years of insurance experience, solid written and verbal communication, and a strong ownership mindset to independently manage a book of business.

Qualifications

• 3 years of personal, commercial, or mixed-lines insurance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional background.
• Active broker’s license and state licensing.
• Proven ability to independently manage a book of business.
• Proficiency with Sagitta and Image Right and core systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary service to Premier Elite Client Advocates clients.
• Collaborate with producers and department managers as a team.
• Develop professional relationships with carriers.
• Manage renewal activity from start to close.
• Deliver complete renewal reviews per agency guidelines.
• Identify sales opportunities through account rounding.
• Own customer concerns to completion and follow-through.
