Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Relationship Manager for our Private Client practice. You will provide expert advice, advocate for clients, and work with a team of associates and leaders to deliver tailored insurance solutions.

The role requires a college degree or P&C license, 5+ years of client management, and strong Microsoft Office skills. Competitive base salary with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or P&C Insurance License required.
• 5+ years client management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Sagitta (ATS) and ImageRight experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted advisor and provide exemplary service to Private Clients.
• Collaborate with Private Client Relationship Managers and Account Managers and leadership.
• Participate in thought leadership as EPIC grows its private client practice.
• Mentor and lead Private Client Associates.
• Develop relationships with carriers to support client needs.
• Manage renewal activity from start to close with accuracy.
• Deliver comprehensive renewal reviews per agency guidelines.
• Identify sales opportunities by account rounding and cross-selling.
