Marsh McLennan Agency in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Private Client Advisor to deepen client relationships within the Private Client Services team. You’ll analyze exposures, recommend tailored coverages, and present market data to clients and prospects.

With 3+ years of personal lines experience, a P&C license, and a strong client-service orientation, you’ll renew and advise clients, work with multiple carriers, and strive to grow the business through referrals while meeting regulatory

Qualifications

• 3+ years of personal lines insurance experience with High-Net-Worth clients.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• Strong client service orientation and ability to travel for meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree; professional designations a plus (CPCU/CIC/CPRIA).

Responsibilities

• Assess client exposures and advise on suitable coverages.
• Present market data and renewal proposals to clients.
• Conduct annual Client Advisory reviews and drive retention.
• Negotiate with multiple carriers to secure coverage options.
