Job summary

Delta Dental in the United States is seeking a Sr. Privacy Analyst (Web Tech) to manage and mature the enterprise Web Technology privacy program.

You will lead multiple concurrent workstreams with structure, coordination, and accountability across privacy, business, legal, and compliance teams. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong project management, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to translate privacy requirements into actionable business actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs, or cross-functional initiatives in a corporate or regulated environment.
• Demonstrated experience independently managing multiple concurrent workstreams, including planning, tracking, stakeholder coordination, and status reporting.
• Experience working in privacy, compliance, legal, risk management, technology, healthcare, or another regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management and coordination of the Web Technology privacy program across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Translate Privacy leadership strategies and priorities into actionable plans, processes, and workstreams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, action items, dependencies, risks, decisions, and deliverables.
• Coordinate across Privacy, business, technology, legal, compliance, and other stakeholders to drive progress and accountability.
• Identify barriers and risks, facilitate resolution, and elevate issues requiring leadership attention.
• Develop clear program documentation, status reporting, dashboards, and leadership updates.
• Establish and improve program processes and governance to increase consistency, efficiency, visibility, and audit readiness.
