• Serve as liaison to outside counsel and coordinate documents.
• Identify legal requirements by researching statutes and case law; provide insights and recommendations.
• Develop and manage document production, tracking, and review systems for complex cases.
• Analyze, recommend, and implement improvements to case management and document processes.
• Handle routine legal tasks independently and as needed.
• Provide status updates to attorneys and departmental staff.
• Act as initial escalation point for significant issues.
