Job summary

Intuitive seeks a strategic Privacy Compliance & Operations expert to shape and scale its global privacy program. This individual contributor role partners across business teams to implement priorities, drive enterprise privacy initiatives, and translate privacy requirements into scalable processes, controls, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, compliance, risk management, or related field.
• At least one privacy certification (CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, or CDPSE).
• 10+ years in privacy compliance, privacy operations, data protection, risk and compliance (GRC), or privacy program management.
• Strong experience with privacy risk assessments, compliance oversight, remediation tracking, and control monitoring.
• Experience building or scaling privacy programs and partnering with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize privacy requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead privacy assessments (DPIAs/PIAs), data transfer reviews, and risk reviews.
• Maintain RoPA, SOPs, logs, and evidence repositories.
• Embed privacy requirements into processes, systems, and data practices.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting for program visibility.
• Support incident response, DSAR operations, and vendor privacy reviews.
• Drive governance, monitoring, and risk management aligned with laws.
