Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel, Privacy Compliance to advance our global privacy program. You will partner with Legal, Product, and Engineering to translate evolving laws into scalable processes and tools.

You will guide risk assessments, DSR programs, and AI‑related privacy matters, ensuring compliant, transparent handling of data and responsible product design across regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant legal experience in-house and/or at a law firm.
• Strong working knowledge of US state and federal privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA, GLBA) and familiarity with GDPR, PIPEDA.
• Experience building or maturing privacy programs and applying privacy-by-design principles.
• Comfort engaging with technical stakeholders on data flows and system design.
• JD and active bar admission in at least one US state.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert privacy guidance to cross-functional teams to manage risk.
• Lead worker privacy governance, workflows, and compliance with automated decisionmaking rules.
• Oversee DSR compliance across US and international frames (GDPR, etc.).
• Drive privacy compliance tooling improvements and automation opportunities.
• Translate complex regs into practical policies, playbooks, and training.
• Monitor regulatory developments, including AI privacy laws, and update programs.
• Build relationships across Legal, Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
