Job summary

Intuitive seeks a strategic Privacy Compliance and Operations professional to shape and scale its global privacy program. This individual contributor partners across all business teams to implement priorities, drive enterprise privacy initiatives, and translate privacy requirements into scalable processes, controls, and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing privacy compliance programs.
• Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with audits and regulatory readiness.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global stakeholders to operationalize privacy requirements.
• Lead privacy assessments including DPIAs/PIAs and data transfer reviews.
• Identify privacy risks, assess control gaps, and drive remediation with cross-functional teams.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting to track program performance.
• Support privacy incident response and data subject rights operations.
• Develop training, playbooks, and governance documentation.
