You will partner with product, engineering, marketing, and compliance to ensure compliant, risk-based guidance while supporting data protection programs and data-sharing arrangements.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of U.S. federal and state privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Experience in consumer financial services law including ECOA/Regulation B, UDAAP, TILA/Regulation Z, and FCRA.
• In-house or product counsel experience for consumer-facing platforms.
• Ability to draft notices, consents, and data-sharing agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead privacy and consumer-information counsel for digital consumer journey from prequalification to origination.
• Advise on vendor data solutions for identity/income verification and fraud prevention.
• Draft and negotiate data protection agreements and privacy exhibits.
• Own AI governance framework, training data, model documentation, and data retention.
