Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Specialist III, Prior Authorization to join a growing team. The role involves coordinating daily operations, guiding the Prior Authorization Specialists, and partnering with providers and insurers to secure timely approvals.

You will lead workflow improvements, train staff, and ensure high levels of patient and provider satisfaction while adhering to compliance and inclusion objectives. Remote-friendly with standard M-F hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• National CPhT and/or registration/licensure required per resident state.
• 2+ years of pharmacy support or healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct day-to-day operations of the Prior Authorization team.
• Lead by example with subject matter expertise and coaching.
• Assist providers and insurance companies with triaging prior authorizations.
• Identify opportunities for workflow and process improvement.
