Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Roy, Utah, is seeking a Senior Principal System Test Engineer to support the Sentinel (GBSD) program. You will lead test planning and execution, translating complex requirements into measurable objectives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, a STEM degree, and extensive experience in HW/SW testing, TRRs, and ConOps development. Travel up to 10% and relocation consideration are possible.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in STEM field with testing focus.
• Experience with HW/SW integration and TRRs.
• Strong communication and test planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate problems into test objectives and optimize ROI of testing.
• Provide data-driven insights and guide technical direction.
• Identify hardware/software issues and coordinate resolution.
• Prepare test reports and inputs to IPTs and leadership.
• Contribute to ConOps development and optimize test resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan tests.
