Jabil is seeking a Sr. Principal Technical Program Manager in the United States to lead architecture, integration, and delivery of advanced air and liquid‑cooled server rack solutions for hyperscale deployments.

You will drive end‑to‑end programs across mechanical, thermal, electrical, and networking domains. The role requires strong leadership, 10+ years in mechanical systems integration, and 6+ years of PM experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in mechanical systems integration.
• 6+ years of project management experience, including scope, scheduling, budgeting, quality, risk and critical path management.
• 3+ years focused on data center related projects, with preference on rack hardware for hyperscale customers.
• Master’s degree preferred; PMP certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary hardware programs coordinating mechanical, thermal, electrical, networking, supply chain, and manufacturing teams.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership, external partners, and internal teams on status, risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Oversee rack development from scoping and architecture review to validation and deployment.
• Coordinate multiple projects and reconcile interdependencies across programs.
• Drive decisions with stakeholders and remove roadblocks to resolve customer issues.
• Collaborate with factory PMs to support RFP through NPI completion of FWT.
• Manage RFP timelines, milestones, meetings, and documentation; package deliverables for stakeholders.
• Engage with customers and site visits to understand deployment constraints and gather feedback.
