You will own engineering delivery, drive disciplined execution, and partner with TPM teams to ensure predictable outcomes. Requires 8–15+ years of experience and a bachelor’s in engineering.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years delivering complex engineered systems.
• Experience in data center or critical infrastructure projects.
• Strong systems integration capability across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Drive closure of critical actions and enforce accountability across teams.
• Lead system level design reviews including P&IDs and interfaces.
• Define and drive integration, commissioning, FAT, SAT strategies.
• Establish visibility into scope maturity, performance, and risks.
• Drive program execution cadence and design reviews.
