Qualifications

• Bachelor's in STEM with 5+ years or Master's with 3+ years or PhD with 1+ year
• Active U.S. Government Secret or higher clearance required
• Ability to obtain and maintain SAP clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse engineering team to provide imaginative, technical solutions
• Work across the Systems Engineering V-Model including requirements, design, integration, and verification
• Plan and execute milestones (SRR, SFR, PDR, CDR, FCA) and communicate status to management
• Collaborate with customers and end users to ensure system requirements and risks are understood and accepted
