Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8+ years of related engineering experience, or Master’s with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or higher; continuous evaluation preferred.
• Experience with sub-system level to system-of-systems engineering and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Subsystems Lab Integration and validation activities.
• Develop test plans, capture requirements, and interface diagrams.
• Troubleshoot complex avionics subsystems and coordinate field replacements.
• Interface with operations, test teams, and subsystem engineers.
• Contribute to risk, opportunities, and process improvements.
