ZT Systems is seeking a Principal Advanced SVT & FA Engineer to lead validation across complex hardware and firmware environments. You will guide investigations, debug system-level issues, and drive corrective actions to improve reliability for hyperscale and enterprise platforms.

The role requires deep expertise in system validation, hardware architecture, and root cause analysis, with collaboration across hardware, firmware, and software teams.

Qualifications

• Requires 12+ years in system validation, failure analysis, hardware or firmware roles.
• Deep expertise in server platforms and system architecture.
• Strong root cause analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and debugging across hardware/firmware/OS.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced system validation for servers, storage, networking infrastructures.
• Design and execute validation plans focusing on functionality, performance, scalability, and readiness.
• Perform deep debugging of hardware, firmware, BIOS, and BMC issues; drive root cause investigations.
