Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline or above.
• 10+ years in quality engineering, failure analysis, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading root cause investigations and corrective action programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA, FA, and manufacturing assessment teams across hardware programs.
• Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions from development to production.
• Establish processes for failure analysis, defect tracking, and preventive action.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Define quality objectives, metrics, and reporting for reliability and manufacturing performance.
• Present risks and mitigation plans to executive leadership.
