ZT Systems is seeking an Senior Quality & Failure Analysis Engineering Manager to lead quality engineering and failure analysis across hardware development, validation, manufacturing, and deployment. You will drive end-to-end product quality strategies, investigations, and systemic improvements with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in quality leadership, strong failure analysis and SVT knowledge, and excellent communication to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in quality engineering, failure analysis, reliability, or related leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading root cause investigations and corrective action programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality engineering, failure analysis, and manufacturing assessment teams across multiple hardware programs.
• Drive root cause investigations for product failures in development, validation, manufacturing, and field deployment.
• Establish and oversee failure analysis, defect tracking, and corrective/preventive actions.
