Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
- 7+ years of progressive engineering experience, including multi‑application estate SRE leadership.
- Hands-on experience designing and operating enterprise‑scale SRE platforms with observability
- Experience with secure operational practices, audit evidence, and validated systems.
- Leadership in incident response, blameless postmortems, and durable engineering work.
Responsibilities
- Own SRE reliability strategy and governance (SLOs, error budgets).
- Define SLIs/SLOs across production estate by risk and impact.
- Drive incident response and blameless postmortems.
- Lead adoption of observability standards and deployment safety practices.
- Mentor senior engineers and contribute to enterprise reliability standards.
