CVS Health is hiring a senior technologist to lead cloud-native platforms and AI-enabled solutions across distributed systems. You'll partner with stakeholders, architects, and engineers to define strategy and execute an IT roadmap.

This role requires deep expertise in cloud, front-end and back-end development, Agile delivery, and healthcare domain considerations. The team emphasizes safety, quality, and impactful innovations that simplify healthcare for patients and communities.

Formación

• 10+ years defining and driving full stack software engineering, architecture and delivery for large distributed systems.
• 5+ years hands-on as senior/principal/architect roles building cloud-native apps with cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, Azure) and API-first/microservices architectures.
• 5+ years of experience using front-end tools like Angular, React, TypeScript.
• 5+ years building backend functionality with Python, API Forge, Rest API, Java.
• 5+ years of Scrum/Agile delivery with CI/CD.
• 3+ years hands-on experience integrating AI/GenAI capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Define and communicate the broader vision, executing the IT strategy in alignment with organizational standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, architects, application owners, and engineers to define strategy, prioritization, and execution.
• Establish epics and initiatives that align with strategic goals and support the product roadmap.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps that align critical business needs with scalable technical solutions.
• Leverage performance data to create feedback loops for continuous insight and improvement.
• Champion strong product management and agile mindsets by communicating team successes and growth areas.
• Build and lead high-performing teams capable of solving complex tech challenges.
