Qualifications

• 10+ years defining and delivering full-stack software engineering and architecture.
• 5+ years in senior/principal/architect roles building cloud-native apps.
• 5+ years frontend with Angular/React/TypeScript.
• 5+ years backend with Python/Java/REST APIs.
• 5+ years Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• 3+ years hands-on AI/GenAI integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate IT strategy and broader vision in alignment with standards.
• Lead engineering and architecture initiatives and ensure scalable solutions.
• Develop multi-year technology roadmaps translating business needs into robust architectures.
• Provide technical leadership, manage debt, and balance modernization with delivery.
