Job summary

Waters Corporation is seeking a Sr Principal, Business Process Analyst to lead revenue growth and value capture initiatives across four service divisions, with a focus on alignment during the integration of acquired businesses. The role requires deep P&L expertise, strategic planning, and ability to drive enterprise-wide improvements through cross-functional governance.

You will design future-state processes, develop KPIs, and partner with Finance, IT, and Legal to maximize revenue and margin

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related discipline.
• MBA preferred for advanced strategy and leadership responsibilities.
• Proven P&L acumen with experience driving revenue growth and margin improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support revenue growth and value capture initiatives across four divisions, setting targets and tracking progress.
• Identify and implement improvements to business processes related to revenue generation, pricing, contract management, and revenue operations.
• Identify enterprise-level strategic opportunities from a cross-divisional view and guide investment priorities.
• Design and implement operating mechanisms that align four service organizations and enable execution across divisions.
• Partner with leadership teams to ensure growth initiatives are technology-enabled and data-supported.
• Develop detailed process maps, workflows, and documentation in a business process modeling platform.
• Define measurable improvements and support business case development for transformation initiatives.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and KPI definitions, guiding resource allocation and investments.
• Architect executive-level presentations and strategic communications for CEO, SVP, and Board audiences.
