Job summary

Waters Corporation, a global life sciences leader, seeks an OTC Senior Principal Analyst to define and execute the Order to Cash strategy for the BD integration program. You will drive high-impact global process implementations, assess fit/gap for acquired businesses, and partner with the S4 Hana core team to specify requirements and system design.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline.
12+ years of experience in Order to Cash consulting or line management.
Experience driving global process implementations and change management.
Demonstrated ability to exercise judgement autonomously to drive business results.
Experience implementing technology programs that support global process improvement; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead fit/gap sessions to evaluate current OTC processes and systems.
Provide requirements to SAP/ S4 Hana core team for system build and testing coordination.
Assess resourcing and capacity across acquired businesses and recommend future state org design.
Support CLM (Contracts Lifecycle Management) workstreams and boundary applications.
Oversee transition of digital customer ordering (EDI, eCommerce) to Waters systems with minimal disruption.
