Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business or related field required.
• Ten+ years leading multi-region service organizations.
• Experience in driving service growth, customer satisfaction, and operational transformation.
• Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year global service strategy across regions.
• Lead global field service, technical support, and service growth initiatives.
• Drive service revenue, pricing, and profitability through strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Product Management, R&D, and Operations to improve serviceability and field performance.
• Build executive relationships with strategic accounts and manage escalations.
• Recruit, develop, and retain senior service leaders globally.
