Job summary

Qualifications

• Capable of leading formulation development activities in matrix team environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new approaches for product development and data analysis.
• Mentor technical staff to develop team members scientifically.
• Spearhead due diligence of pipeline assets and represent PSCS on cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate development with chemistry, analytical, and physical characterization groups.
• Lead external manufacturing site activities and scale-up for clinical supplies.
