Qualificações

• PhD with 8+ years post-graduate industry experience in formulation development, scale-up, and solid oral/parenteral dosage forms.
• Experience leading cross-functional drug product programs with external stakeholders and regulatory interplay.
• Familiarity with QbD, cGMPs, and regulatory guidance for drug products.
• Experience creating RFPs and managing CDMOs for formulation development and manufacturing.
• Ability to multi-task, present data clearly, and drive development with urgency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead phase-appropriate small molecule drug product formulation development for clinical portfolio.
• Oversee formulation development, process optimization, scale-up, and tech transfer with external CDMOs.
• Direct and evaluate external scientists and vendors, including CDMO selection and data review.
• Provide technical leadership for batches, records, deviations, and analytical data alignment.
• Support CMC strategy and regulatory readiness for INDs/IMPDS filings.
• Serve as drug product representative across Discovery, QA, Tech Ops, and partners.
