RTX is seeking a Senior Principal Radar Systems Engineer in Woburn, MA to join the SE&T Surface Radars & Sensors Center. You will define radar system requirements, design architectures, and work with software teams to ensure successful implementation on the AN/TPY-2 program.

You will prototype algorithms, analyze performance, identify gaps, and present analyses to leadership and customers, while leveraging AI/ML and signal processing expertise to advance radar capabilities.
