BAE Systems is seeking a Sr. Principal Program Planner to join the Program Excellence (Px) organization. You will develop and manage the integrated master plan (IMP) and integrated master schedule (IMS) to meet program scope and objectives. This involves ensuring schedules are integrated across various functional groups, monitoring performance, performing risk analyses, and using project management tools like Gantt charts, network diagrams, and earned value management.

This is a Hybrid position located at our Nashua, NH facility.

Responsibilities include:

1. Lead development and maintenance of the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB), including IMP and IMS.
2. Support new business capture IMS development and customer reviews.
3. Assist in critical Internal Research and Development (IR&D) programs.
4. Provide schedule performance analysis to project teams and leadership.
5. Conduct schedule assessments for project reviews to identify risks and opportunities.
6. Participate in sector and company activities like training and process improvement.
7. Assess schedule risk through Monte Carlo simulations and other analyses.
8. Brief teams on risk analysis results and recommend mitigation strategies.
9. Collaborate with finance teams on EAC and replanning processes.
10. Mentor less experienced planners in scheduling best practices.
11. Ensure schedules comply with policies, customer, and industry standards.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Proficiency in DoD Program Planning, Critical Path Method, and Microsoft Project
• 8+ years of Program/Master Planning experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of US Govt. scheduling policies, PASEG, and EVMS
• Experience developing complex IMS and PMB in line with SOW and IMP
• Experience with Schedule Risk Analyses and IBRs
• Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships
• Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• PMI-PMP or PMI-SP certification
• Experience with Microsoft Project Server/PWA, Power BI
• Experience with Agile, Critical Chain Project Management
• Support for DCMA audits
• Risk management background
• Familiarity with tools like Milestones Professional, Full Monte, etc.
• Secret Security Clearance
• Effective communication skills

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $116,419 - $197,912
