We are seeking a talented and experienced strategic planner to join our digital health business team. In this role, you will play a leading role in defining our global growth strategy and roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in different regions and time-zones to ensure the execution of the roadmap and growth strategies.

Responsibilities

This planner is responsible for global business strategy development to drive emerging growth in digital health segment. This role requires the ability to obtain MedTech industry and customer insights, identify emerging technology trends and application opportunities with objective to develop impactful growth initiatives and solution roadmap, and drive implementation of strategic plan to increase Keysight market shares.

The candidate will have strong business acumen, strategic planning experience, industry and business exposures, customer engagement skills, sound Test and Measurement background, and solid understanding in Product/Solution Lifecycle. This candidate will also collaborate with both internal and external cross functional stakeholders to drive business results. Considers organic and inorganic approaches to capitalize upon opportunity and investment.

This is a challenging but rewarding role where you will

  • Conduct VOCs and market research to identify meaningful industry and customer needs.
  • Analyze industry and customer needs to identify winning business opportunities and establish strategies to capture the business opportunities.
  • Define a winning solution roadmap and drive implementation with R&D and cross functional teams.
  • Engage with key customers and lead the efforts of customer requirements gathering and validation throughout the solution development processes.
  • Develop in-dept industry knowledge and propose potential external partnerships and M&A opportunities.
  • Be the industry thought leader and consultant to group and business level managers.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
  • 10 + years of relevant experience in strategic planning, business development, upstream marketing, or customer applications.
  • Strong business acumen and fast learners.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative global environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and passion for the role.

Desired Bonus Skills

  • MedTech device development & test experiences is highly desired.
  • In depth knowledge in MedTech industry trends.
  • Sound experience in test and measurement instrumentation and solutions.
  • Familiar with MedTech product development life cycles.
  • M&A experience is a plus.

Colorado pay range: MIN $141,750.00, MIDPOINT $189,000.00 - MAX $236,250.00
