Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Task Order Program Manager to lead National Security Programs. You will manage a portfolio of Task Orders under large National Security contracts, partnering with PMO, sales, and government teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

Based in the DC area, you will shape responses, execute contracts, and drive opportunities with government agencies, leveraging program-management expertise and strategic business development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Task Order Manager for multiple Task Orders under a large National Security contracts.
• Work with the PMO and communicate contract policies, purposes, and goals to internal AWS teams.
• Enforce work standards, assign schedules, and review work discrepancies related to this contract.
• Serve as a primary Point of Contact (POC) for the government with regards to assigned Task Orders.
• Meet regularly with AWS internal account teams and service teams to develop effective methods for assuring timely delivery of Task Order commitments.
• Develop and execute effective methods of communication among AWS and government stakeholders.
• Meet regularly with account managers and customers to help advance new opportunities.
