Astera Labs is seeking a Senior Principal Program Manager, Business Acceleration, to drive execution across sales, product, engineering, and supply chain. You will identify blockers, establish ownership, and accelerate opportunities to revenue, working with senior leadership.

This highly visible role requires credibility with engineers and executives, and the ability to translate complex technical issues into actionable plans and metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, CS, or related field.
• Significant experience in program management, product operations, business acceleration, or cross-functional roles in hardware/AI infra.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor/hardware product development processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic program management reviews for key sales and business initiatives.
• Identify blockers, dependencies, risks; assign owners and timelines.
• Develop executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and actions.
• Build customer and market heatmaps; readouts on opportunities.
• Advance programs linking opportunities to product initiatives and company goals.
