This role emphasizes governance, human‑in‑the‑loop checks, data quality considerations, and measurable KPIs such as cycle time and FTE avoidance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program management or technical leadership roles driving complex, multi‑team initiatives.
• Demonstrated rigor in tracking deliverables, accountability, and decision making under ambiguity.
• Delivery track record for internal tools, platforms, or automation systems used by multiple teams.
• Understanding of adoption drivers: usability and operational readiness.
• Working knowledge of how AI/ML solutions integrate with operations without requiring you to be a practitioner.
• Knowledge of automation design patterns and safety: human‑in‑the‑loop gates and validation before production.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams and discussing APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations.
• Exceptional communication to translate complex programs for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Translate vision into execution with clear timelines, owners, and success criteria.
