Job summary

Astera Labs is seeking a Senior Principal Program Manager, Business Acceleration, to drive execution across customer and business initiatives. You will manage cross-functional programs, align leadership, and accelerate growth by identifying blockers and ensuring timely ownership and delivery.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Supply Chain to translate opportunities into actionable programs, build heatmaps, and report progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in program management, product operations, business acceleration or related cross-functional roles in semiconductor, hardware, connectivity, computing, or AI infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor and hardware product development processes.
• Ability to explain complex technical issues clearly to technical and executive audiences.
• Exceptional PowerPoint skills with executive-ready slide narratives and data-driven analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead recurring executive reviews of strategically important sales and business initiatives.
• Identify blockers, dependencies, and execution risks with cross-functional teams.
• Establish clear action owners, timelines, and follow-up mechanisms for decisions.
• Track open issues to resolution and elevate high-impact items to leadership.
• Develop concise executive-level reporting communicating progress, risks, and required actions.
