The ideal candidate is more than a traditional program manager. You are technically credible, highly organized, comfortable operating with senior executives, and willing to relentlessly drive teams toward resolution.
You will bring structure to complex, cross-functional initiatives across strategic sales opportunities and product development operations involving semiconductor connectivity programs. You will identify blockers, establish clear ownership, track progress, elevate issues, and ensure that critical actions are completed.
Success in this role requires someone who can walk into a room with engineers, product leaders, sales executives, and senior management and quickly understand what roadblocks are in the company's strategic sales opportunities, ask the right questions, and drive the organization toward action and execution so that those opportunities convert into revenue.

This role is designed for a high-impact operator who wants to grow beyond traditional program management and take on increasingly broad business leadership responsibilities.
Salary range is $205,000 to $ 260,000 depending on experience, level, and business need. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits.
