Job summary

ABC Fitness is seeking a Sr. Principal Product Manager to define and lead the company-wide vision and strategy for AI Agents across the platform.

You will work with product and engineering to translate strategy into market-ready capabilities and establish standards for the space. You don’t need to be an AI engineer, but you must have deep technical fluency to engage with leaders, understand evolving AI landscapes, and make high-conviction investment choices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with AI technology in the more recent years.
• Ability to set product vision and influence company-level strategy, not just manage an individual product or roadmap.
• Exceptional product judgment and customer empathy; able to identify the real problem behind what customers ask for.
• Strong commercial instincts and the ability to assess what customers value enough to pay for.
• A track record of creating clarity and strategic direction in areas where the market, technology, and customer expectations are still evolving.
• Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguity and turn loosely defined goals into action.
• Strong technical fluency, including familiarity with AI Agents, LLMs, APIs, MCP, and modern AI architectures.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership, influence, and execution across teams you don’t directly manage.
• Clear communication skills and the judgment to know when to push back and when to flex.
• Ability to move fluidly between long-term strategy and enough product detail to ensure that strategy becomes successful products.

Responsibilities

• Define and own ABC Fitness’s company-wide product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI Agents, determining where ABC should invest and how we differentiate in the market.
• Establish ABC’s product point of view, principles, and standards for AI Agents as the category and underlying technology continue to evolve.
• Identify emerging capabilities, technologies, and market shifts that should influence ABC’s Agent strategy and translate them into actionable product opportunities.
• Identify and validate high-value Agent opportunities through deep customer discovery, market research, business analysis, and experimentation.
• Develop strong business cases for new Agent products, including target customer, customer problem, differentiated value proposition, monetization potential, strategic fit, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead new Agent products from concept through launch and scale, partnering across Replify and ABC product, engineering, architecture, go-to-market, and other teams.
• Influence product and technology direction across teams you do not directly manage when Agent capabilities require changes or investments across the broader ABC platform.
• Define how ABC measures the success of its Agent portfolio, including customer value, adoption, revenue, and strategic differentiation.
