Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• 6 years with a Master's degree or a PhD with 3 years of experience.
• Equivalent experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine integrated process flows across multiple modules.
• Lead yield investigations and apply DOE to improve process performance.
• Support NPI, pilot builds, and ramp to production.
• Collaborate across process, equipment, yield, product, and operations teams.
• Maintain documentation and support change control activities.
