Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Staff Integration Engineer to define, optimize, and sustain end-to-end process integration flows for probe card manufacturing.

You will lead cross‑functional teams across wafer‑level fabrication, MEMS, precision assembly, interconnect, and electrical test to improve yield and scalability. You will mentor engineers, drive technology transfer, support NPI and Ramp, and ensure robust process windows, control plans, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in semiconductor process integration and DOE/DMAIC.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams across sites.
• Deep knowledge of probe card manufacturing and MEMS processes.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and continuously improve end-to-end process integration flows for probe card manufacturing.
• Lead integration activities for NPI, pilot builds, and ramp to high‑volume manufacturing.
• Mentor engineers and drive cross‑site technology transfer with change control.
• Develop and maintain integrated process flows, specs, and control strategies.
• Analyze data to identify gaps and drive defect reduction and cycle time improvements.
• Interface across Process, Equipment, Product, Yield, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
