Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Staff Integration Engineer who will define and optimize process integration flows for probe card manufacturing. This role encompasses yield performance, new product introductions, and mentorship of engineers.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in semiconductor processes and will work independently to drive improvements and influence strategy across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• 8 years of experience and a Master's degree.
• PhD with 5 years of experience or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and improve process integration flows.
• Lead integration-level yield improvement initiatives.
• Drive NPI and pilot builds to high-volume manufacturing.
• Maintain integrated process flows and specifications.
• Act as the technical interface across teams.
• Analyze data to identify integration gaps.
• Manage changes to processes and materials.
• Mentor junior engineers on integration practices.
