FormFactor, Inc. in Farmers Branch, TX is seeking a Principal Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead and optimize photolithography and etch processes in a high-volume semiconductor environment.

You will drive yield, quality, throughput and cost improvements while partnering with Manufacturing, Equipment Engineering, Quality, Facilities, Supply Chain, and R&D teams. Responsibilities include DOE, SPC, CAPA, process validation, and change management; develop dashboards and standard work, and mentor

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication, photolithography, etch, and related precision processes.
• Experience sustaining and improving manufacturing processes to meet safety, quality, yield, throughput and cost goals.
• Experience with process transfers, NPI, or scale-up activities.
• Experience implementing CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support characterization and control of photolithography and etch processes.
• Analyze data with SPC and Cp/Cpk to identify trends and variation.
• Lead DOE activities and CAPA to improve process performance.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Develop process documentation, SOPs, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
