FormFactor, Inc. in Sacramento, California, is seeking a Sr Principal Technical Support Engineer specializing in probe cards.

You will be the expert interfacing with customers, product engineering, manufacturing, and field service to ensure optimal probe card performance, rapid issue resolution, and ongoing product improvement. The role requires deep semiconductor test knowledge, hands-on wafer prober experience, and strong customer communication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field required.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience with Bachelors, or 6 years with Masters, or 3 years with PhD; equal substitutions considered.
• Experience with FormFactor probe cards or similar technologies is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert-level technical support for FormFactor probe card products in production environments.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and process-related issues impacting probe card performance.
• Act as primary escalation point for complex technical problems and perform RCA.
• Onsite and remote support at customer fabs; deliver training on probe card operation and best practices.
